Bioscrypt to Present at the Roth Capital Partners Homeland Security Conference

Toronto, ON (March 23, 2007) – Bioscrypt Inc. (TSX: BYT), a leading provider of enterprise access control technology, today announced the Company will be presenting its business and product strategy as well as growth opportunities to institutional investors at the Roth Capital Partners Homeland Security Conference on Thursday, March 29, 2007 at the Wynn Las Vegas.

The morning session, entitled “Next Generation Credentialing” will focus on federal programs and commercial use of technologies such as smart cards and biometrics. The afternoon session, called “Opportunities in Port and Border Security” will discuss the outlook for these programs given recent changes in Congress. Speakers include officials from the federal government, security directors of regional port facilities and large commercial users of security products.
